Devblog 21

The review is taking ages, and I couldn’t leave NeoOS. So I of course continued with fixes and features. The big new thing in this devblog is the filesystem: NeoFS, I have done major changes to the design like how a free block is found which greatly improves performance. And many safeguards were added to reading/writing to the filesystem.

I also updated the host fstools used to create the filesystem on a drive to support arguments with options, easier to use now.
