Utils - fixes and some updates

A lot of bugs showed up in testing, so fixed them. I also tested my utils on several minimal Linux distributions to ensure they work with less dependencies.

Check out the releases.

For the UE5 asset downloader script, I added a testing file to demonstrate its work.

Additionally, there have been some updates to astmn, including new commands (view, pack, and update) as well as upcoming features. You can check it out here.
