Standardized Context Fields and Timestamps

so the way these two things were really messy lol
in process info i had the go struct PascalCase context fields and in auth info i had snake_case context fields
so i made snake_case the standard way

and all the timestamps were timezone-naive which was really bad and there were conflicts in places, so i made all the columns timezone aware and migrated the existing tables to timestampz columns
and now in frontend i am converting it to local timezone

in the screenshot you can see two timestamp, one is UTC and the other is IST because i am converting it to local timezone on frontend instead of handling that stuff on backend, cuz well the agents could be hosted on any system across the globe

note: the second timestamp is old, dont assume its same time just different timezones
