BitWarden Vendor Architecture - Part 2

So I was able to finish off the BitWarden Network part which was somewhat hard, but it was just mainly repetitive stuff. I also got started on the BitWarden Runtime which wasnt too hard, although its sorta difficult to wrap your head around. After I finish off the runtime, I should be able to get started on the orchestrator and sync and versioning parts. For the Bitwarden Network I decided to integrate some stuff from the previous orchestrator that was wouldve been better to have in the Network and the same thing with Runtime as well.
