Syscall Dispatching, Syscall returning and Exit Syscall

Finally, after all this time: User programs can now interact with the kernel!! :)

• Added Syscall enum which represents all possible syscalls and their respective IDs
• Added SyscallArgs whichs contains syscall number and args in an architecture-independent format
• Added SyscallResult and SyscallError
• Added syscall dispatching logic
• Fixed kernel data leaking into userspace via initial_userspace_jump by clearing CPU registers before the jump
